Pennyware - Returns Policy

In terms of our refunds/credit policy, goods may only be returned for credit within 30 (thirty) days of date of invoice, provided:

➢ Goods are in their original packaging and condition
➢ Goods are unused and undamaged
➢ Original invoice or delivery note is provided
➢ Pennyware Distributors will not take responsibility for product shortages in respect of quantities not checked upon delivery.
➢ Returns within the 30 day period are subject to a 15% handling fee
➢ Returns within the 30 day period for specially manufactured and/or assembled orders are subject to a 50% handling fee,

All returns/credits are at the discretion of Pennyware Distributors Head Office, who reserve the right to decline an application for a refund/credit.

Goods carry a 12 (twelve) month product warranty if found to be defective.
